Hi, I’m Raul Lopez.

I’m currently the Senior Program Manager at Signify, where I create strategies that lead to long-term success. From uncovering untapped potential to optimizing existing processes, I lead international teams to drive meaningful change that propels our company forward.

- I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. I deeply valued the quantitative aspects of this program, but I felt that I lacked a deeper understanding of human behavior and the complexities of decision-making. So, I decided to spice things up and enrolled in a master’s program that focused more on the messy, irrational (and more entertaining) side of how the world works. I earned a Master of Science degree in Economic Psychology from Tilburg University, where I was elected class valedictorian.
- I’ve developed and managed five programs. Examples include programs that transformed chaos into meaningful analytics to drive decision-making and programs that optimized operations to empower cross-functional teams to collaborate seamlessly and take over tasks as needed.
- I’ve twice been named one of the Top 100 Best Young Professionals by Memory Magazine. I’ve also received Signify’s Global Recognition Gold Award for embodying the value of working together to achieve success.
- I enjoy public speaking, especially on the importance of continuous learning, communicating reasonable expectations, and providing coaching to support your team.
